Mobile Content Campaign for Mexico Telcel (PIN FLOW) No restrictions

We are looking for CPA traffic for our own Mexico Telcel product. We are having an exclusive PIN flow available for our PIME campaign. It's carrier billing and at the moment there are no restrictions.

We are looking for MX-Telcel users. At the moment we are doing 3000+ subs per day but we are aiming for 7000/8000.
