Terms and conditions

The following is a list of our complete terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions” or the “Agreement”), that apply to all registered users or visitors of AdMarketHub website. By using AdMarketHub (the “site“), you (the “user“) agree to be bound to the following terms and conditions.

1. General usage rules

• You present and warrant to AdMarketHub that the ads do not contain:
  1. Malware and/or Spyware techniques or use any other aggressive advertising or marketing methods against the website visitors.
  2. Sexual materials, violence, discrimination, money laundering, Software Pirating, Hacking and/or any other illegal activities or violates any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any third party.
  3. Promotion of companies, websites, services and etc.
  4. False identity and misleading information.
  5. Fallacious and ungrounded reviews on other users.
• You present and warrant to AdMarketHub that the ads contain only:
  1. Buying or selling traffic offers.
  2. Job seeking or job offering content.
  3. English language.
  4. Real identity and up-to-date information.
  5. Truthful and based reviews on other users.

2. Content on AdMarketHub
 

• Marketing ads:
  1. Will be considered as relevant all content related directly to buying/selling traffic. Any kind of traffic will be considered as relevant.
  2. Any content unrelated to buying/selling traffic will be considered as irrelevant and will be deleted.
• Job ads:
  1. Will be considered as relevant all content related directly to positions in online marketing industry.
  2. Any content not related to headhunting or job seeking in the online marketing industry will be considered as irrelevant and will be deleted.
• Company pages:
  • Will be considered as relevant all companies that sell or buy traffic (such as ad networks, affiliate networks, affiliates, publishers/website owners, direct advertisers, data providers and others).

3. Responsibilities
 

• AdMarketHub provides an online social platform to enable media buyers and sellers interact with other users. AdMarketHub won't be held responsible for the quality of the offered traffic, nor for the paying ability of the media buyers/advertisers, nor for any dissatisfaction from the partners.
• AdMarketHub does not intervene with the process and details of the cooperation between the users.
• AdMarketHub is offering paid services to its users (Upgraded ad, Upgraded company page), however any unrelated ads or company pages [Please see section (2) "Content on AdMarketHub"] will be deleted.

4. Payments
 

• When you purchase our paid services (Upgraded ad, Upgraded company page) your account will be charged only for the requested period of advertising.
• At the end of the advertising period you may choose to renew the paid service. As we don't keep payment details in the system, you will be asked to access your payment details each time you renew a paid service.
• After the payment approval and funds transfer you will receive the transfer slip to the email address updated in your account. In case no transfer slip is received you may contact us via info@admarkethub.com.
• After the payment approval and funds transfer, you won't be able to cancel the operation. Before performing the operation please check carefully that your payment details are accurate and complete.
• Taxes are calculated accordingly to the billing information you send us.
• Before you go to payment, you will be asked to ensure that your ad contains relevant content [Please see section (2) "Content on AdMarketHub"]. In case you submit irrelevant content, it will be deleted. In such case a refund will be considered by the site in accordance with the circumstances of each case. If the site came to decision to make a refund, user's account will be refunded within 14 business days by original payment method, while all the expenses that may occur, such as fees and taxes, will be paid by user. AdMarketHub won't be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by the refund process.

5. Reviews
 

• AdMarketHub aims to a full transparency hence you can review other users and share your experience from working with them. We welcome any truthful and based information that may be helpful to other users.
• Please take into consideration that:
• • Fallacious and ungrounded reviews on other users will be deleted.
  • Every user can reply to a review about himself.
  • User cannot delete reviews about himself.

6. Jurisdiction
 

• This Agreement shall be construed and governed by the law of the state of Israel and all disputes shall be held before the courts of Tel-Aviv Jaffa.

7. Force Majeure
 

• Neither Party shall be liable to the other by reason of failure or delay in the performance of its obligations here-under on account of Acts of God, fires, storms, war, governmental action, labor conditions, earthquakes, natural disasters, interruption in internet service or any other cause which is beyond the reasonable control of such Party.

8. Miscellaneous
 

• AdMarketHub may moderate the ads before publishing them. AdMarketHub may refuse, at any time, to place any ad on the website.
• AdMarketHub reserves itself the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. Users shall review, from time to time, the Terms and Conditions published at AdMarketHub website.
